Consents and disclosures

Last updated August 21, 2026

Short version of the rules that keep Field Academy inside the lines: consent, privacy, intellectual property, and the laws that apply to a book — not a drug. This page is part of the Terms. It is training, not a substitute for The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint’s own lawyer.

What you consent to

By creating an account or using the desk you consent to the Privacy Policy and Terms. Role-play text may be sent to an AI provider. Your call logs and scores may be visible to The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint managers. Calendar export is optional and only happens when you tap it.

The book is not medicine

The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint is an 8-week education guide. It is not medical advice. It is not FDA-approved as a treatment. It does not tell a patient to start, stop, or dose a GLP-1. It does not claim to make a medication last longer. Patients follow their prescriber.

Numbers we use in conversation

“Two in three” / “many patients leave without a plan” is The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint’s working estimate for a sales conversation. Do not call it a clinical trial, an FDA figure, or a guarantee of anyone’s outcome.

No patient data

Never type a patient’s name, diagnosis, photo, or chart into the CRM (Office List), notes, coach, or a calendar event. Offices give flyers to their own patients. That is their relationship, not ours.

Calling, emailing, recording, filming

You place the call. The app does not autodial. Follow Do Not Call, calling hours, and stop-when-asked. Do not record a call or film a waiting room unless every required person has consented and the law of that state allows it. Film yourself at a desk — not patients.

No pay-for-prescribe

Do not offer cash, gifts, or per-patient deals. Free flyers are educational leave-behinds, not payment for writing a prescription.

Whose names we use

Amazon, Google, Apple, Microsoft/Outlook, X, and drug brand names belong to their owners. We are not those companies. Clinics in the CRM (Office List) are publicly listed businesses, not partners, until they say yes. Authors are credited as The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint presents them on glp1fitguide.com. Outside educators (including any short-form coach whose style we study) do not endorse this desk.

Compounding vs brand

Take no side. The book is food, recipes, mindset, and movement. If they only use brand, or only compound, the leave-behind is still education — not a pitch for a pharmacy.
