Terms of Use

Field Academy is the training and field-operating system for authorized GLP-1 Support Team Members. It includes scripts, objection drills, an AI role-play coach, a pipeline, a daily cadence, and certification tools meant to place free patient flyers for The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint — each with an Amazon search/order link — in clinics, spas, MedSpas, and other businesses that prescribe or administer GLP-1 medications.

The public book and patient-facing materials live at www.glp1fitguide.com. The E2M Premium app, if mentioned in training, is a separate product with its own terms. Mentioning it is not a medical claim and not an endorsement of any clinic’s protocol.

You consent to: (1) The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint processing your account, training, and pipeline data as described in the Privacy Policy; (2) sending role-play text to the AI provider if you use the coach; (3) workplace visibility of your cadence and logs to The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint operators; (4) optional export of follow-ups you choose to send to a calendar app; (5) electronic records and notices.

You represent that you are 18 or older and authorized by The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint to train or sell. You will not enter patient health information. You will not record or film a person, call, or waiting room without a lawful basis and, where required, all-party consent. You will not claim the book is medical advice, FDA-reviewed as a treatment, or a way to extend a drug’s labeled effectiveness.

The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint, flyers, scripts, and Field Academy training are educational. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, a dosing protocol, a substitute for the prescriber’s counseling, or a claim that the book treats, cures, prevents, or changes the labeled safety or effectiveness of any prescription drug.

GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs. Patients follow their clinician. You will not tell a clinic or a patient how to dose, what to prescribe, whether to start or stop a medication, or whether compounding or brand is “better.” If a clinician asks a clinical question, you defer to the prescriber and to the published guide.

Talking points such as “two in three patients” are The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint’s working estimates for sales conversations, not results of a clinical trial unless The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint publishes a cited study. Do not present them as FDA findings or as peer-reviewed outcomes.

You must be at least 18 and authorized by The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint to train or sell. Accounts are personal. Do not share your password. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in. We may suspend access if you leave the team, misuse the desk, or put patient information into it.

Lead with free flyers. Patients who want the book order it on Amazon (or another listing The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint names). Do not practice medicine. Do not badmouth compounding versus brand. Do not promise a number on the scale. Do not pay or offer anything of value to a clinician in exchange for prescribing a drug or for steering patients. A free educational flyer is not a kickback for writing a GLP-1; do not describe them that way, and do not add gifts, cash, or “per-patient” deals.

You are responsible for following telemarketing, Do Not Call, TCPA and state mini-TCPA, calling-hour, CAN-SPAM, and similar rules that apply to your calls, texts, and emails. Field Academy does not autodial, does not send blast SMS, and does not legalize a call that would otherwise be unlawful. Do not call a personal cell from a purchased list unless you have a lawful basis. Honor a request to stop.

Do not record a clinic call or visit unless the law of every relevant state and the office allow it. North Carolina and New York are generally one-party consent states for call recording; other states are not. When in doubt, do not record. Never film patients or any image that could identify a patient in a waiting room.

Pipeline notes should be professional. They may be visible to The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint operators. Do not store patient charts, photos of waiting rooms that identify patients, or anything you would not put in a company CRM (Office List).

The office kit is a stack of free flyers for patients on a GLP-1. Each flyer includes a way for the patient to find or order their own book (including a search on Amazon). Offices are not asked to stock books as the default. If an office wants a bulk order, a GLP-1 Support Team Member may request a special Amazon code by emailing Todd@e2mfitness.com. Only Todd can issue that code and approve the bulk order. Do not invent a discount or share a code until Todd says yes. A kit logged in the desk is an internal note until The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint confirms it. We may change flyer print runs or listing details as needed.

Amazon, Amazon.com, and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Field Academy is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Amazon unless a separate written program says so. Use the Amazon name only as a nominative way to tell an office where a patient can buy the book.

The coach is a practice tool. Scores and debriefs are for training. They are not a formal employment evaluation unless The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint separately says so in writing. Do not rely on the coach for legal, medical, or HR decisions.

The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint and its authors own The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint, Field Academy scripts, training modules, trademarks, and the look of this desk, except for third-party marks and material we expressly credit. You get a limited, revocable license to use The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint materials for authorized The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint field work. You may not copy the book, resell training, scrape the desk, or publish scripts as your own.

Nutrition, recipes, mental-fitness, and workout content are credited to Courtney Morrissey, RDN; Chef Andres Chaparro; and Dr. Charryse Johnson, LCMHC, NCC, as presented by The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint on glp1fitguide.com. Credentials are those The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint publishes. This app does not independently license their names for unrelated products.

Calendar buttons open those products at your choice.

Drug names (for example semaglutide, tirzepatide, or brand GLP-1s) belong to their owners. Do not use a brand name as if The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint sells, compounds, or is affiliated with that drug. Speak about the book, not the molecule’s label.

Short-form video practice in the desk uses general hook–point–ask mechanics. Field Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any outside educator, including Alex Hormozi or Acquisition.com. Do not imply that it is.

The CRM (Office List) of offices is a working list of publicly advertised businesses in named territories. A name in the list is not a partnership, not a testimonial, and not permission to claim they already carry the book. Do not invent quotes from a clinic.

Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service. Do not impersonate The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint, Amazon, a drug maker, or a clinic. Do not use the desk to harass a clinic, spam a list you do not have the right to contact, or upload malware. We may remove content and close accounts that violate these terms.

Field Academy is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that training will produce a given number of clinic partners, that the AI coach will always be available, that a calendar provider will accept an event, or that the book will ship on a particular day. Results in the field depend on the work and on each office’s own decisions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint and its authors, trainers, and contractors are not liable for lost profits, lost pipeline, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the desk, the scripts, or the book. Our total liability for a claim relating to Field Academy will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars, or the amount you paid us for the desk in the three months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some states do not allow certain limits; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

You will defend and indemnify The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint against claims that arise from your misuse of the desk, your field calls or visits, recordings or films you make, or content you enter (including pipeline notes and PHI entered in violation of these terms), except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

You may stop using Field Academy at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if your authorization to sell for The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint ends. Sections that should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limits, indemnity) do survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in North Carolina will hear disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance. If you cannot accept a change, stop using the desk and tell The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint.
