Privacy Policy

Field Academy is an internal training and field tool for authorized GLP-1 Support Team Members of The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint who are 18 or older. It is not a consumer wellness app, not a clinic EHR, and not directed to patients. Field Academy lives at www.glp1trainonline.com. The public book site is www.glp1fitguide.com.

Do not enter protected health information (PHI), patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, photos of patients, or anyone’s personal medical history. Business contact details for a clinic or spa (office name, front desk, office manager, published phone) belong in the pipeline. Patient charts do not. If you enter PHI, delete it and tell The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint.

Account. When you sign in, we store your name and email address. Your manager assigns the email and password. We do not use Google sign-in.

Consent records. When you check the box that you agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclosures, we treat that as your consent to use the desk as described here.

Training. We store lesson completion, quiz scores, certification status, your display name on the team board, and activity counts used for the weekly leaderboard. Managers may see that activity. This is workplace monitoring of a company tool, not a secret consumer profile.

Field pipeline. You may enter accounts you are working: practice or spa name, type, city and state, contact name and role, phone, email, notes, next actions, assigned GLP-1 Support Team Members (Eric, Brad, Danielle, Todd, Alicia, Tracy), and a log of calls, visits, emails, flyer drops, and outcomes — including who last called or visited and when. That information is entered by you, for The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint’s B2B sales work. Staff names and direct-dial numbers are personal information of those people even when they work at a business.

Calendar export. If you choose Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar, the follow-up title, date, office name, phone, and notes you included leave our app and go to that provider under their terms. We do not receive a copy of your Google, Outlook, or Apple calendar. Export is optional and user-initiated.

AI coach. If you use role-play, the scenario you pick and the lines you type are sent to our language-model provider (currently xAI) so the coach can stay in character and score the session. Session text, a score, and a short debrief may be stored so you can learn from it. Do not paste patient information, passwords, or anything you would not put in a practice call.

Device and session. We use essential cookies (and, in some previews, a session token) to keep you signed in. On this device we may remember your last email address in local storage so the next sign-in is faster. If you save your password with Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or the browser’s password manager, that secret stays in the device keychain. We do not receive a face scan, fingerprint, or biometric template, and we do not operate a biometric database.

Technical logs. Our host may record IP address, browser type, and timestamps needed to run and secure the service.

To operate Field Academy: sign-in, training, pipeline, leaderboard, coaching, and follow-up reminders you save.

To keep the product secure (sessions, abuse prevention) and to understand whether the desk is working (aggregated activity, not a dossier on a clinic’s patients).

We do not sell personal information. We do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as California law uses that word. We do not use Field Academy data to train public advertising profiles. We do not serve third-party ads in the desk.

Service providers who host the app, store data, authenticate you, and run the AI coach (including xAI for role-play turns). They may process information only to provide that service.

Email and password sign-in assigned by your manager.

Calendar providers you choose when you export a follow-up (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or any app that opens a .ics file).

The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint operators and managers who need the board, certification, and pipeline to run the field team.

Law enforcement or a court when we are legally required to disclose.

A buyer or successor if The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint is involved in a merger, sale, or reorganization, under this same policy or a successor notice.

Field Academy is the training desk for GLP-1 Support Team Members. It is not a covered entity or business associate arrangement for clinic patient care. Do not use it to store or transmit PHI. If a clinic asks you to take a patient name, decline and point them to their own chart. Educational flyers given by the office to its own patients are the office’s materials, not a The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint patient record.

The coach is a training simulation. It is not a clinician, not a lawyer, and not your manager. Role-play text is processed by a third-party model to generate the next line and a score. By using the coach you consent to that processing as described here.

We use essential session cookies to authenticate you. We may store your last email address on the device for a faster return visit. We do not currently run advertising pixels, sale-of-data cookies, or cross-site trackers on Field Academy. If that changes, we will update this policy. Because we limit cookies to what is needed to run the signed-in desk, we do not present a separate marketing-cookie banner.

Account, training, and pipeline records are kept while you are an authorized user and for a reasonable period afterward so The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint can run the field team, complete office holds, and meet bookkeeping or legal needs. You may ask us to delete or export your account information as described below. Device keychain passwords and Face ID data are controlled by you and your device, not by us.

You can update your display name in the desk. You can sign out. You can remove a saved password from your device’s password manager. You can ask The GLP-1 Transformation Blueprint to correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for the business (for example, a completed clinic hold or a legally required log).

Categories of personal information we may collect: identifiers (name, email); commercial and employment information (training progress, pipeline activity); internet activity (logs, session); professional information you type about clinic contacts; inferences limited to certification and cadence counts. We collect them from you, from sign-in providers you choose, and from devices you use.

If you are a California resident, you may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, use the contact method below. We may need to verify it is you.

Field Academy is for adult GLP-1 Support Team Members 18 or older. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the applicable age), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We use hashed passwords, encrypted transport, and session cookies designed to stay on this origin. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Report a suspected issue through www.glp1fitguide.com.

The desk is operated for a U.S. field team (including North Carolina and New York territories). Information may be processed in the United States.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of Field Academy after an update means you accept the revised policy.
